01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mysgames ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the mysgames platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form a complete agreement between you and mysgames.

02 Member Registration Eligibility

To register and use the mysgames platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Mysgames reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 User Account & Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at mysgames. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with all balances and winnings forfeited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential. mysgames will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
• Notifying mysgames immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet registered is in your own name.

Mysgames reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes if any suspicious or abnormal activity is detected on your account.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Mysgames accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.

• Mysgames does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical failure.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly stated within the game interface.
• Winnings will be automatically credited to the member's account after each game round ends.

08 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

Mysgames reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

• Mysgames is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond our control.
• Mysgames' maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Mysgames is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
• Members acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that they play at their own risk.
